Come improve your drawing skill set, regardless of your current ability, beginner to advanced. Develop your ability to render through observation, understanding light and shadow, principles of design, and the basics of perspective. The course will include weekly sketchbook assignments. In this class, we will be focusing on the fundamentals of drawing using graphite and charcoal to render portraiture and still life compositions. This class is available to attend in-person or virtually via Zoom conference, the class time will be the same for all students regardless of how they wish to attend. All virtual streams will be recorded and available on your class page which will be password protected. Instructions to access the Zoom meetings, class recordings, and other class resources will be sent via email as we near the start of the semester. This is a 15 week course starting on August 31st.
