In this demonstration, we will show how shapes, lines, and textures in satellite imagery of planets and moons influence art and in the process, create your very own art piece inspired by science.
You may think that art & science are very different, but they share many things in common. Grab your paints, colored pencils, or crayons and join the Clark Planetarium for a fun art activity!
And don't be tricked by our invitation to grab crayons -- this project is for advanced elementary students, teens and adults alike.
In this demonstration, we will show how shapes, lines, and textures in satellite imagery of planets and moons influence art and in the process, create your very own art piece inspired by science.
This will be hosted by our talented Ms. Cynthia, who is part of our community programs team.
