Tracy Aviary’s Conservation Ecologist, Bryant Olsen, will teach this two-hour zoom class designed for intermediate to advanced birders. Bryant will help participants hone their identification skills for the many species of raptors in Utah. He will provide tips on identifying males, females, and immature birds, and will talk about the sometimes-confusing array of color morphs in certain raptors. He will also provide information on the basic natural history and behavior of each species. By the end, the class will be well-acquainted with these majestic birds, and will be ready to go out and look for them in the wild.
This class is offered as a “pay-what-can” model and registration is required. A Zoom link will be sent to you following your donation and registration.
