Due to the current restrictions on mass gatherings related to the COVID-19 pandemic by the state of Utah and current projections on vaccine availability, the LIVE format of the 2021 University of Utah Health Salt Lake City Marathon presented by Bank of America has been cancelled.

In its place, we are offering an exciting and fulfilling virtual event that captures the spirit of Salt Lake City and keeps our athletes healthy and fit.

How It Works

-> Sign Up for your choice of distance. Or, claim your deferred 2020 registration is you are already signed up.

-> Pick Up Your Swag at Salt Lake Running Company on April 8, 9, 10, or 24 (mailing upgrade available for $15)

-> Design Your Course and pick a day between April 10 - 25!

-> Kick Off with Us during a live virtual kick-off event broadcast on Saturday, April 10

-> Do It! Use the RaceJoy app for a custom course experience.

-> Submit Your Results & Download Your Finisher Certificate.

-> Party with Us during the celebration broadcast on April 24.
