Meet author Tope Folarin, a Rhodes Scholar and winner of the Caine Prize for African Writing, during the discussion of his stunning debut novel about an immigrant family living in Ogden, Utah and their uncomfortable assimilation to American life. Tunde, the son of Nigerian-born parents, searches for connection through a poignant exploration of the meaning of memory, manhood, home, and identity as seen through the eyes of a first-generation African American.
