In this class, we will be learning about artists and their art.  We will be creating art based on a piece of work created by these artists.  We will create artwork with various subject matter such as portraits, landscapes, abstract pieces, flowers, buildings, animals, and ships.  We will use a variety of mediums such as watercolor, acrylic tempera paint, chalk and oil pastel, collage, etc.  We will also experiment with using these mediums by combining several of them and seeing how they interact with one another.  We will use Zoom for our meetings.  The link will be emailed to you along with the supply list upon enrollment.  Taught by Kara Swensen.
