Busker Fest returns to Downtown Salt Lake City on May 27, 28 and 29, in partnership with Open Streets.
Pop-Up events hit Sugarhouse on June 3 and Jordan Park on June 17!
Busker Fest is held annually in Salt Lake City to showcase local and traveling street performers. The festival celebrates the city’s rich Vaudeville history by bringing the living tradition of busking and street theatre to downtown.
Appropriate for all ages, Busker Fest will thrill audiences with musicians, dancers, hula-hoopers, jugglers, and comedy. This event is free and open to the public. Performers will accept donations.
The 2021 events will be held in partnership with Open Streets, and initiative put forth by the Downtown Alliance. Main Street will be closed to vehicle traffic between South Temple and 400 South. That extra space allows us to fill the area with performers, patios and you. This extra space allows Busker Fest to expand the areas of programming, reducing gathering points.
