At NHMU, we are committed to cultivating lifelong skills in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) investigations that promote independence, nurture teamwork, and inspire resiliency and innovation while providing time to explore the natural world. This summer, we're offering two experiences; at home and at the Museum! NHMU summer camp experiences at the Museum and at home deliver fantastic science- and nature-based experiences to your kids. Our Summer@NHMU programs take full advantage of the Museum's exhibits and collections as well as the incredible natural environments around our site. Our Summer@Home lineup provides the supplies, the excitement, and the expert facilitation you expect of our programming, all in the comfort of your own home. No matter which camp program you choose, your child will:
Our 2021 Summer Camps will run every week between June 7 and August 9 (except for the week of July 5 and 19 due to holidays). We will be offering both in-person camp experiences (Summer@NHMU) and opportunities to enjoy at home (Summer@Home). Pick and choose from both our in-person and at-home opportunities to build a fun, educational, and safe summer schedule for your loved ones. Please note that many of our Summer@NHMU camps have already sold out during priority registration for Museum Members. Space is very limited this year due to challenges posed by the COVID pandemic - we wish we could offer many more slots. However, we still have spaces available in our Summer@Home experiences, which will deliver Museum fun to your family on your doorstep.
