In Meaning in the Multiverse, Justin Harnish takes the reader on a journey from the unimaginably small scale of elementary particles to the incomprehensibly large scale of the entire universe and the multiverses. From the weirdness of the early quantum experiments, an understanding of how these phenomena may directly impact the conscious experience of reading this line. Such content can be a recipe that yields a feeling of smallness and personal unimportance, but not so in Meaning in the Multiverse.

Harnish impresses the reader with the majesty of all that is, while in the follow through of the same stroke accomplishes his goal of providing the reader with uniquely compelling reasons to feel a sense of belonging and individual value, as he calls it, all-natural meaning. The scientific revolution with its skepticism of ill-founded beliefs took with it many of humanity’s desperately-sought answers for why it matters at all to exist, and Harnish’s scientific approach fills this void using the same methodological tools that created it.

Justin Harnish is a writer, engineer, and nonprofit founder. He is the author of the book Dance to Spawn A Galaxy and has collaborated on numerous patents and papers in semiconductor engineering and data science. Justin serves his community as the Creative and Development Director of Women of the World (womenofworld.org), a non-profit women refugee service organization he founded with his lovely wife Samira Harnish. Women of the World offers custom critical service and capacity building to displaced women resettling in Salt Lake City, where Justin works and lives. Samira was recently awarded the Americas Nansen Award from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees for excellence in refugee service. Justin loves his blended family including his wife Samira, Samira's 4 children, 3 granddaughters, 1 grandson, and his Silky Terrier (formerly known as) Prince!
