Start your night out at Tracy Aviary with a wine class hosted by Jim Santangelo, owner and Sommelier of Wine Academy of Utah. These professional 90-minute presentations are fun, educational, and entertaining. They pair small nibbles of apple, nut and cheese and include printed tasting notes. When you’re done, go to a 8pm reservation at one of Eat Drink’s local restaurant partners where you can further explore the happy marriage of wine and food. Be sure to make reservations in advance!

The events will be held outdoors on the Chase Mill Lawn. In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors to the Chase Mill. Space is limited to provide for safe social distancing.
