This is a special afternoon session for adult students.
This semester the adult and teen oil painting classes will focus on portraiture. We will be working from both photo references and live models as we learn to render the human face, mix the appropriate color palettes, and understand light and shadow. Beginning and intermediate painters are welcome. This is a 10-week virtual class beginning on April 22nd. This class is available to attend in-person or virtually via Zoom conference. Instructions to access the Zoom meetings and other class resources will be sent via email as we near the start of the semester. All students attending the class in person must follow the protocols put in place to assure the safety of staff and students. Students taking this course are encouraged to use the flex pass ($150 for 15 class hours), which acts a punch card for class time.
