Family Arts Festival: Art Staycation Week 4 - America's People, Land, and Stories

Presented by Brigham Young University Museum of Art at Brigham Young University Museum of Art

See America as you’ve never seen it before through the lense of artists of all backgrounds, styles, and eras. Meet Americans in these artworks ranging from Jewish immigrants, to the Navajo people, to Yankee Doodle himself, and explore some of the landscapes, terrain, and natural wonders that make this land the marvel that it is! If you’re among the first 75 people to register, the children in your group can also pick up free materials to make their own custom postcards featuring some of their favorite people, places, and stories!

This annual celebration of creativity helps art lovers of all ages play, create, explore, and more as they interact with some of the finest artworks the MOA has to offer. This year, the Family Arts Festival will be held in six unique sessions from June to August, each with its own free opportunities for children to witness wonderful artworks and create masterpieces of their own. Each session features a different MOA exhibition and a unique art-creation activity, so we welcome you to register for as many as you’d like, then attend any time during the week of each of your sessions. Supplies are limited, so register soon to ensure the artists in your family don’t miss this opportunity to playfully learn new skills!
