ToshoCON offers a variety of hands-on crafts and activities, as well as tips and tricks for creating cosplay-related costumes, art and videos. Popular anime and manga products, sold by teens and other vendors, will be available for purchase.

This free convention gives teens and tweens the opportunity to demonstrate creative talent and compete in cosplay, art and anime music video (AMV) contests. Teens and tweens will also have the opportunity to teach their peers by participating in teen-led panel discussions.
