Join us for an engaging forum on “How Women Rise” from world-renown women’s leadership expert and author, Sally Helgesen.
The Utah Women & Leadership Project invites you to join us for our third Fall Women’s Leadership Forum. We will be joined by Sally Helgesen, who is cited in Forbes as the world’s premier expert on women’s leadership and is an internationally best-selling author, speaker and leadership coach.
Women’s distinctive strengths and behaviors provide them with many advantages. Yet the very habits that help them early in their careers can hold them back as they seek to rise. In this virtual seminar, Sally Helgesen draws on her work with legendary executive coach Marshall Goldsmith to help women identify and address the habits most likely to get in their way as they seek to move to a higher level.
Participants will come away from this forum with an enhanced understanding of their individual strengths, an actionable template for identifying and addressing challenges going forward, a proven means for enlisting support, and tools for enhancing their visibility and connections.
This forum, for women and male allies, can provide understanding around what can hold women back and can help us all become more informed and effective supporters of female colleagues. Dr. Susan Madsen will be the host and will engage Sally in questions throughout. It is highly interactive, with time for questions distributed throughout.
