Join us for a trail walk at dusk and learn cool & creepy creature facts from naturalists and live animals along the way. Register early, as this event will sell out quickly.
Start times between 5:20 - 7:20 pm (choose your start time when you register online)
This reservation-only event allows visitors to meander along the trail on a 30-minute walk, meeting night creatures -- including live snakes and owls and staff dressed up as animals with tales to tell. Enjoy fun presentations and learn cool nature facts in this non-scary Halloween experience that allows safe social distancing. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow time to park and walk to the program entrance at Habitat Trail where kids can play a few nature games before the Crepuscular Creep. After the Creep, families can visit the birds and go through the spider web crawl. Costumes are welcome. Dress for the weather, as this event will be held rain or shine.
$8 members / $10 nonmembers
Groups will be scheduled in time slots every 20 minutes
Groups will be limited to 20 participants per time slot.
No late entries will be permitted.
Pre-registration required, and walk-ins will not be accepted.

Please park in the dirt lot, and walk down Birdhouse Trail to check in at the Visitor Center. As you reach the end of Birdhouse Trail, the Visitor Center is located just over the bridge, to the North.
