The 2nd edition of STEAMpunk Academy's award winning Adult Science Fair is here!
Do you long for the days of dioramas? Are your kids sick of you helicoptering their school projects? Do you have a burning question about the world you need answered? Well look no further- it's the 2nd Annual Adult Science Fair!
Registration is open until October 1st(ish) and then you'll have two weeks to come up with a science project to propose. (Don't worry, we'll hold your hand along the way)
Over the course of the fall you will conduct your experiments with the personal guidance of expert mentors! Then you will create a tri-fold or diorama of it, and compete for big prizes at a proper Science Fair at the ILLUMINATE Light Art and Creative Tech Fest on November 12th
What would a science project look like? Well, maybe you want to know which hangover cure is most effective. Or maybe you want to get a bit more techy and use public data to find out what is going on with COVID. Or you could test which ski wax is better. Whatever you come up with, so long as it follows our rules explained on our website, we love it. Don't be afraid to get funny, creative, and edgy.
