Drop by the Chapman Branch from 5pm to 7pm on October 30 to trick or treat for a spooky bag of mystery tricks and treats!

We will have a table set up outside where trick or treaters can stop by to pick up a mystery bag of spooky tricks and treats. Maybe if you're lucky, you'll catch a glimpse of one of our ghostly inhabitants!
