The ceremony will take place from 5:15 pm – 5:45 pm and Lights on at 5:45 pm all in front of the Cedar City Offices (10 N Main St, Cedar City). Usher in the Christmas season at our All is Bright Downtown Lighting Ceremony. Join us as we turn on the lights in Historic Downtown with a holiday feast for the senses of music, hot chocolate, and a surprise visit from the Jolly Old Elf himself.
