Join us for our February Crafternoon as we partner with Bags to Beds (@bagstobeds on IG), a volunteer-led group based out of Salt Lake City. We will be crocheting sleeping mats from plarn, or yarn-like material made from plastic bags, for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Please bring your extra plastic bags to help make the beds. Crochet hooks will be provided. No previous experience with crochet is necessary; we will offer instruction to those who need it.

Crafternoons are designated afternoons where volunteers will participate in monthly craft-based projects that give back to our community. These events are free to participate and will run the first Saturday of every month from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
