4th Annual snOwFOAM featuring The Lil Smokies, turning their lively grassicana sound into music that appeals to the masses. Award-winning Missoula, Montana-bred band The Lil Smokies have built a national and local Ogden following through constant touring, performing at Red Rocks, LOCKN’, High Sierra, Telluride, The Ogden Music Festival and more.

Opening the show is local favorite duo Turtle Dovin’, Michelle Moonshine and Andrew Wiscombe’s project. Two parts singer-songwriter, Turtle Dovin\' combines the work of two artists and your favorite long lost cover songs re-invented to create a harmony heavy duo.
