Come to the Provo Rec Center to sample a mix of six different sports in a safe, low-pressure environment for girls.

Rock Climbing
Rugby
Pickelball
Zumba
Weight Lifting
Volleyball

This event is free with preregistration. Girls will be divided into groups based on age and will rotate through each sport. The goal of this event is to introduce girls to a variety of sports and encourage them to participate in health and wellness activities as part of the National Girls and Women in Sports Day celebrations.

Entry to the event does not include non-event usage of the Provo Recreation Center facility after the event.

Parents may spectate during the event, but may not use the Provo Recreation Center facilities during or after the event.
