Celebrate the 10,000 year history of the Four Corners Potato in Escalante, Utah. Festivities will include family-friendly crafts, vendor booths, a potato cook-off contest, and live music featuring singer/songwriter Mary Kaye Holt.
Join the Red Butte Garden Plant Conservation team and the Natural History Museum of Utah in Escalante to celebrate the 10,000 year history of the Four Corners Potato (Solanum jamesii).
