Atlas Dance Collective invites you to experience their production, “TITANOMACHY”. In Greek Mythology, the Titanomachy was a 10-year battle consisting of the Titans fighting against the Olympians and other allies. The Titanomachy is also known as “The War of the Titans” or “The Titan War”. The war was fought to decide which generation of Gods would have dominion over the universe. Atlas, who was one of the Titan leaders of the 10-year war against Zeus and the other Olympians, was given a special punishment after the Olympians won the war. Atlas’ special punishment was to hold up the heavens, but does Atlas hold up the heavens forever? Purchase tickets to “TITANOMACHY” to see Atlas’ story unfold.
