Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a method of energy healing that channels energy into the body by means of touch to activate the body’s relaxation and healing response at a deep level.

Reiki is a Japanese system that has been used for pain relief, to speed recovery from injury, for emotional release and wellness, and for deep relaxation and stress relief. Reiki means “spiritual wisdom and life energy.”

This Level 1 Usui Reiki Training Workshop will empower you in healing yourself and others through the framework of Reiki. By the end of this training, you will be a certified Level 1 Practitioner, with sufficient knowledge and practice to use this energy for good.

This one day training, held in Provo at Red Jasper Massage, and is facilitated by Beth Williams, a Usui Reiki Master Teacher.

This training is informal and friendly, with plenty of time to ask questions and practice all that is discussed. If you have time to read the text before the training, great! If not, we will covered all the basics during the training.

Wear comfy clothes, bring Essential Reiki by Diane Stein, a water bottle and a yoga mat. Snacks will be provided, but feel free to bring anything you feel you might need throughout the day (snacks, notebook, etc.).
