DIGITAL DRAG IS FOR LOVERS

DIGITAL DRAG IS FOR LOVERS

Presented by Ebola Cherries at Online/Virtual Space

If you didn't arrange a date during cuffing season, or if you are snuggling up with your honey, join us this Valentine's Day from the safety and comfort of your own home!

From Utah, we have Sammee St. James (they/them), an art world chameleon from drag king to clown to puppeteer; and The Quarantine Queen, Ebola Cherries (she/her), who has been awarded multiple grants for her public health advocacy.

Hailing from Spokane, WA, Holden McGroin-Yaz (he/they) is a disabled drag king specializing in gender nonconforming performance and is happy to share his art with the world as he hasn't been able to perform in person since the pandemic.

Representing the east coast, Snarebear (she/her) is Erie, PA's premiere fire queen. She's sometimes messy, sometimes bearded, and always self-made. Known as the Chanteuse of Southern Maryland, D'Manda Martini (she/her) is a DC-area award nominated actor and costume designer, and the December winner of SLAY THEM, a monthly drag competition at Red Bear Brewing.

Real-life couple Betty What (she/they) and Jazz What (she/they) join the cast from Maryland via Puerto Rico. They inspired each other to start their drag journey together, and have been hosting since their very first night. The Haus of What currently perform in the DMV area and will slay in Oakland, CA on Feb. 24.

Completing our cast all the way from Somerset, UK is Shorti (she/her). Though she be but little she is fierce! She describes herself as the pocket weirdo of the southwest and just had her first live performance a few months ago.

The show will be a campy, love-stuffed mix of Valentine's numbers with a drag flair that can only come from our cast of drag artists!

DIGITAL DRAG IS FOR LOVERS will donate a portion of the proceeds to our sister AkeeLah Blu's tornado relief fund. On January 12 our sister's housing and all of her drag was destroyed and we are trying to help her get back on her feet. Audiences will remember AkeeLah when the world fell in love with her on the Selma, Alabama episode of HBO's WE'RE HERE.

The show will play on Ebola Cherries' YouTube channel, and will be available to watch anytime with the link sent out on Valentine's Day. Send $15 with your email to @MsEbolaCherries on Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, or Zelle (confirmation email MsEbolaCherries@gmail.com). More info can be found with links at bio.link/msebolacherries
