Local Independent Theatre Company presents The Exonerated by Jessica Blank and Erik Jensen, Directed by Darryl Stamp
LIT Co. brings this powerful play to the Sorenson Multi-Cultural Center October 27th at 7:00PM and Saturday the 28th at 2:00PM, with a talkback after the closing matinee. This production is supported by Salt Lake Arts Council grant funding. All proceeds from this production will be donated to The Exonerated Fund c/o The Cultural Project, which helps transform the lives of exonerated individuals, and informs audiences about the need for social and criminal justice reform.
Previous LIT Co. productions include Local Boy Done Good (Chad Armistead) at Wasatch Theatre Co., The Author's Voice (Richard Greenberg) and Dumbed Down (Darryl Stamp) at Great Salt Lake Fringe Festivals. The cast of The Exonerated includes Dan McLeod, Spencer Belnap, Barb Gandy, Kiirt Banks, Darryl Stamp, Jeff Owen, Dorsey Williams, Julie Silvestro, Jack Cobabe, and Yoah Kristine. Lighting and sound design created by Lee Wright, and supported by the Umbrella Theatre Company.
Tickets are $10 and available at the door at Sorenson Multi-Cultural Center. General Admission, seating is limited. All proceeds benefit The Exonerated Fund.
