Youth and Tradition in Indigenous Art

Presented by The Leonardo at Library Square at The Leonardo at Library Square

Participate in a 45 minute panel led by former Utah Diné Bikeyah artist-in-residence Jessica Wiarda (Hopi/Tewa), featuring mixed-media artist Shondíín (Diné) as they discuss how young Indigenous artists approach tradition in their art practice. Guests may remain for mingling and questions following the panel.

Panel discussion begins at 6pm in the Bears Ears Gallery, located on the first floor of The Leonardo Museum. Guests must pre-register in order to gain admission to the Museum.
