What started as a Wild West wall of sound has evolved and matured into a well-oiled hobo train featuring three-part vocal harmonies, storytelling lyrics and tastefully crafted solos. Hoss and the boys have played every show imaginable from the basements of Provo to the stages of Europe making friends with every doorman and bartender along the way.

January 20 - THE PROPER WAY
The Proper Way began when multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriters Shane Osguthorpe and Scott Rogers met while playing a local festival. The musical connection was immediate, and they began performing occasionally with one another. They established themselves as The Proper Way in 2016. After touring nonstop for two years, the band joined forces with friend and fellow singer-songwriter, Carrie Myers. The musical connection with Myers was so obvious, and they had so much fun performing and recording as a trio, that Myers joined the band shortly afterwards. With The Proper Way, no two shows are ever the same. “We like to plug into the vibe of the crowd and let that vibe guide what we do,” says Osguthorpe.
