Summer Bowling Camps 2024

Summer Bowling Camps 2024

Presented by BYU Bowling and Games Center at Wilkinson Student Center

Summer bowling camps for children are the perfect opportunity for kids to have fun and improve their skills in a fun and supportive environment. During these camps, kids will learn the basics of the sport and develop their techniques, including proper grip, stance, and delivery. There will also be plenty of opportunities for kids to practice and play games, as well as to socialize and make new friends. With experienced coaches and a focus on safety, these summer camps are a great way for children to stay active, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love for bowling.

Ages 5-7: 11AM - 11:50AM

A summer bowling camp for children ages 5 to 7 can be a two-day event that provides young children with an opportunity to learn the sport of bowling in a fun and interactive environment. During the camp, children can receive instruction on the proper techniques for throwing a bowling ball, scoring, and playing the game. The camp can also include games and activities designed to improve hand-eye coordination, balance, and other skills that are important for success in bowling.

Ages 8-14: 12PM - 12:50PM

A summer bowling camp for children ages 8 to 14 can be a four-day event that provides older children with a more in-depth learning experience in the sport of bowling. The camp can include intensive training sessions on proper form and technique, as well as drills and exercises to improve accuracy and speed. Additionally, children can participate in games and competitions, and receive guidance on strategies for playing in a league or tournament setting. The four-day format allows for more time to focus on specific aspects of the sport.

Intermediate Camp: 1PM - 1:50PM

This year we are offering a special Intermediate Bowling Camp designed for enthusiastic bowlers aged 10 and older! Our camp is an exciting opportunity for participants to take their bowling skills to the next level in a fun and supportive environment.  Your bowler will learn more techniques that will help them improve their bowling game! There are only 2 weeks that this camp will be offered.
