Join us for an evening with Kevin Pearce, a former pro-snowboarder who suffered a traumatic brain injury while training for the 2009 Winter Olympics at Park City Mountain Resort. Kevin will share clips from the award-winning HBO documentary "The Crash Reel," which documents his injury and initial recovery, and talk about how he has worked his way back to health and found a path to living his best life over the past 10+ years.
Kevin's journey is one of resilience, illustrating the challenges and opportunities he faced when his injury forced him to reevaluate his life goals and trajectory. Kevin is known for contagious optimism that lifts audiences, he delivers a powerful message of perseverance, purpose, overcoming adversity, and finding strength through helping others. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A with the audience.
Presented in partnership with the Live Like Sam Foundation as part of the Reel Community Series. Ticket proceeds will benefit Live Like Sam.
