All Aboard the Reading Railroad! Join us for a whimsical journey celebrating the joy of reading. Dress up as your favorite book character, indulge in freshly popped kettle corn, and sing along to your favorite tunes on the train. All proceeds from this enchanting ride will benefit the Heber Valley Rotary club's literacy program, ensuring every first grader in Wasatch County receives eight free books annually. Let's unite and celebrate our LOVE FOR READING together!
This 90-minute round trip ride is through the south Heber valley and along the shores of Deer Creek Reservoir. This noisy train ride includes sing-a-longs, and occasional dance parties. AND, be sure and arrive early to experience the Old West gunfights prior to boarding at 6:40, AND the Wasatch Middle School band will perform at the platform prior to the Old West gunfight (6pm)!
NOTICE: If you are joining other family or friends on the train, and they have purchased separate tickets, and you want to sit near each other in the same train coach, you must call the ticket office and make arrangements prior to the day of your scheduled train! Call 435.654.5601
