Join the American Heart Association as we lace up our sneakers on April 2nd for National Walking Day! Together, we’ll take steps to commit to a healthier, more active way a living.
On this day, Americans are encouraged to lace up their sneakers and take at least 30 minutes out of their day to get up and walk. Participating in National Walking Day is an excellent way to raise awareness of the importance of physical activity and to motivate a healthier environment in the home and the workplace.
