Desert Reptile Awareness

Presented by Utah State Parks at Snow Canyon State Park

Did you know southern Utah has the greatest number of reptiles in the state? It's true! Because of its location in a transition zone between the Mojave Desert, Great Basin Desert, and the Colorado Plateau, reptiles thrive in this region. Join Wildlife Biologist Ann McLuckie to learn about reptiles' unique desert adaptations during an evening slide show. Join us the next morning for a hike to look for signs of reptiles.
