We save the last class for the best of the fall harvest, creating lovely giftable jars to share with friends over the holidays, or bring some zing to your spring. Using a water bath canning technique, we will stuff our jars with onions, green tomatoes, beans, and more. You will go home with two jars of canned goodness!
