Everything tastes better when you cook it yourself. But what about if you grow it yourself, too? Join Wasatch Community Gardens and the Leonardo Museum this summer as we explore the sights, sounds and (most importantly) flavors of summer. Campers will start the day at WCG, where they’ll work together to help grow, harvest, and care for heirloom varieties of veggies, all while playing games and enjoying snacks from the beautiful outdoor garden oasis. During afternoons at the Leonardo, campers will use garden-fresh organic ingredients & flowers from WCG to make fun projects, learn about plant parts, and create delicious dishes to share with each other and their families. Each day will be filled with fun, games, and, of course, plenty of summer flavor!
