Using the breath to facilitate movement, we will explore a series of both static and dynamic poses, finding the comfort and expansions in each asana as it relates to your specific body and tendencies. This class will build strength, stamina and balance while increasing mental focus and inner harmony.
Vinyasa Level I-II is recommended for individuals who are looking to notch up their practice by challenging themselves and for those with an established practice.
