Maryann Martindale is a communications professional with over 20 years corporate marketing, communications, and public relations experience. After leaving the corporate sector she worked in various roles in nonprofit, including as the Executive Director of the political advocacy organization, Alliance for a Better UTAH. Throughout the years, she has brought her extensive expertise to numerous Democratic political campaigns. Her most recent position was as Communications and Policy Director for the Jackie Biskupski for Salt Lake City Mayor campaign. She graduated from the University of Utah with a B.A. in English.

Real Women Run is a nonpartisan initiative to empower women to participate fully in public life and civic leadership through elected political office at all levels, appointments to boards and commissions, participation in campaigns, and engagement in the political system.
