Spend four days exploring the rich histories and vibrant contemporary cultures of Utah’s indigenous peoples. Each morning at NHMU, campers will experience the important role of storytelling, music, dance, and symbolism in passing culture through the generations. Campers will learn how to weave while creating rock art and pottery. Plus, meet some of the people carrying these traditions forward in new and exciting ways. While at Bad Dog Arts each afternoon, students will explore and create artwork inspired by our state’s natural beauty, wonderful wildlife, and first inhabitants.
