Washington City Arts Council (WCAC) promotes the arts and artists in Washington, Utah by providing opportunities for display, performance, and education for community members and artists of all abilities.

Washington City Art Council (WCAC) is sponsored by the Southern Utah Art Guild which is a 501 c3 nonprofit organization. WCAC was made possible through Washington City RAP Tax Funding.
