The University of Utah Singers, an ensemble of approximately 45 voices, has become well known for performances of the highest artistic caliber. After winning prestigious international choral festivals in 2005 (France) and 2006 (Spain), the Singers will compete again on the world stage in 2009 (Germany). Under the direction of Dr. Brady Allred, their innovative repertoire spans every musical time period and includes several new works commissioned from actively working composers such as William Hawley, Nancy Wertsch, and Imant Raminsh.

The choir performs at Libby Gardner Concert Hall several times a year and much of their repertoire has been included on CD, including a CD of American folk music, three Christmas albums, and several other CDs with works ranging from the Renaissance to Broadway.
