The mission of the Provo Parks and Recreation Department is to enhance the quality of life for all Provo City residents by providing play areas, ball fields, green spaces, trails, wholesome entertainment and fun recreation programs that promote health, fitness, education, cultural awareness, sportsmanship, relationships and appreciation of the outdoors for those of all abilities and ages.
