Our in-house educators offer a vibrant atmosphere to learn regional recipes and traditions to implement into any home kitchen.

Tasting classes are taught by award winning educator, Matt Caputo. Guests are given an in-depth look into the world of fine cheese, charcuterie, and chocolate.  Our entusiasm for food is exemplified in our exciting, thorough classes.
