The Tooele Bit & Spur Club (TB&S) was formed in 1945 and is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Tooele’s Western Heritage.  The Riding Club provides a variety of equestrian activities, events, and competitions for families and individuals. Many of our members have a history of or are currently involved in ranching and/or agriculture.

Our members share the belief that horsemanship promotes and develops not only an appreciation of horses and riding, but in a broader sense, dedication, leadership, commitment, and sportsmanship.

WE ARE THE WEST – LIVE IT!

2015 will be the 71st  consecutive year the Bit & Spur Riding Club has produced this two day, 4th of July Rodeo;  the highlight of Tooele County’s Independence Day celebration.  The emphasis of our 4th of July Rodeo is to honor our military branches and the many heroes who have protected our freedoms and our lives. We also recognize our local emergency response hero’s; fire fighters, paramedics, and law enforcement.
