After completing a BFA at Utah State University, Jared Gillett went on to the School of Visual Arts in New York City, earning a masters in painting in 2003. He lives and paints in Salt Lake City, Utah. His work has been featured in the Salt Lake Tribune and in several group shows in New York City and Salt Lake City.
