Salt Lake City artist Heather Barron was born and raised in England. She is a self-taught artist whose love for the patron saints of medieval times grew out of her childhood, and stories of Europe in the Middle Ages. She attended photography classes at the Salt Lake Art Center, but by the late 1990s she began painting.
