Carol Dunford-Jackman was born in Provo, Utah, where she was active as an artist creating figurative bronze sculpture. Jackman studied art with an emphasis in oil and watercolor, earning a BFA in 1955. She returned to study under Dallas Anderson in 1984 and found that sculpture suited her best. Jackman’s work has been part of the Springville Museum of Art’s Spring Salon, the American Congress of Art and Design annual exhibit, and other juried shows.
