The canopy of the Rosecrest Pavilion is a manufactured steel structure designed by an independent corporation. Sunrise Engineering designed the concessions facility with restrooms and a performance stage located beneath the pavilion. The site for Herriman Arts Council Productions (herrimanarts.org) as well as Fort Herriman Days and Rodeos.
