Caring for the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, West Jordan Care Center is home to 82 residents. As one of the only residential care centers in Utah specializing in the care of those with complex medical conditions and intellectual or developmental disabilities, West Jordan has been a leader in advancing best practices in long term care.
