Evolution, Revolution, Solution is an abstract response to the function of the courts building. Though stationary, the black framework suggests kinetic movement relating to the evolving nature of our judicial system. The glass colors invoke a more personal response with the subtle variety of blue hues and the contrasting red, orange, and white.
