Bonnie Gile Phillips is a well-known and highly regarded artist, gallery owner, and art patron in Salt Lake City. She studied art at the University of Utah, but earned a B.S. in Political Science there in 1965. Her work has been widely exhibited in Utah and elsewhere, and is included in numerous public, corporate, and private collections in Utah. Phillips has been less active as a painter during the last decade, instead devoting much of her energy to philosophical and literary study and writing.
